"Amazing hotel! It has a great location, bar, amenities and the rooms are great! But the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone is so welcoming. Hats off to Vladi, she did an amazing job making us feel at home, with upgrades and welcoming touches to celebrate our honeymoon. Thank you for everything Vladi!! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Unfortunately, the arrival experience did not reflect five stars standards. The receptionist who handled my check-in was surprisingly abrupt and indifferent when delivering the news that my room wasn't ready. Across the board, the front desk staff lacked the professional warmth and hospitality required to create a welcoming impression. Otherwise the bellmen were very helpful, the location is very convenient. Charming hotel in Mayfair."

"An exceptional stay from start to finish. Entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive , making me feel at home throughout my visit. The spa was a delight. Location couldn’t have been better. A special thank you to Daniel, the doorman, whose kindness, professionamism, and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. He truly went above and beyond. I look forward to staying here everytime I’m in London."

The Chesterfield Mayfair

"Everything was spectacular about the Chesterfield Mayfair. Our room was gorgeous. Our bed was comfortable and we felt like royalty. We had an anniversary dinner in Butler's and had Dover sold for the very first time. It did not disappoint. Harrison was a wonderful server. The reason why we ended up in the restaurant having dinner was because of Wasim, who is it an excellent ambassador for the Chesterfield Mayfair. He was a joy to talk to and encouraged us to book dinner there. We had the Dover soul as I said and it was perfectly prepared. He also ordered the rhubarb souffle for dessert. Everything was spectacular. We certainly hope we have the opportunity to return to this lovely hotel"
