"Room was spacious for 3. Property is clean and updated. Very pleased with room. Also has a good view if city and mountains from window. Staff was nice and offered help but may not be great at follow through with the request/offer. We booked transportation to airport for the day we leave through the reception. On the day, there was no signs of such transportation nor any records of one being booked. They ended up calling a taxi for us. One time we called to get a hair dryer replacement and was told someone would come in 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Small inconveniences but front desk staff and restaurant overall were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Naples near the central station. Easy access to the airport with the shuttle bus just 3-5 mins walk away. The receptionist Davide was very helpfull. The Hotel luggage storage has plenty of space for guests leaving in the late afternoon or evening."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside the hotel. It was not only clean and luxurious, it was welcoming. So was the desk clerk. The staff went out of their way to help our group enjoy our last night of travel together. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend. My only complaint would have been the noise from the halls. But this problem was addressed by the hotel with complimentary earplugs. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of."

"Hotel is reasonably priced and close to the airport if you are travelling. The breakfast is excellent! The room is small, but comfortable. The only misleading thing was that it was listed with a free airport shuttle which is not the case. We hired a taxi which was 26 euros for a trip to the airport. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful."

"Location was convenient to airport - but the area around the hotel is industrial with many old indoor parking lots. The staff was extremely helpful and the property was very clean."
