"Additional fees for anything extra, even a small water bottle were a little too high"

"Nothing special"

"Great property! It is conveniently close to everything yet far enough away from all the traffic and activity. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Our room overlooked the street and we could see the casino about a block away. We were traveling with another couple and we enjoyed sitting in the lobby, talking, and having our coffee after a day spent on the Canadian side of the falls. Recommend staying here on your visit to Niagara Falls."

"Very nice stay and walking distance from the falls. Convenient and simple!"

"Location was great, the breakfast was good, staff was friendly. However, the hotel is outdated and not super clean. Beds and towels were clean but that's about it. Hallways were dirty. Our fridge was dirty, tv wouldn't work, and the curtains were stained. Overall it is an ok place to stay for the location and price. It would be much nicer if everything was just cleaned better."

"Iam sure I reserves a room with view to the lake but when we make the check in the guy at reception told is that they were full and he had to give is a room with no view and make nothing ro compensate the issue. Also the breakfast buffet could ve better for a Hilton hotel chain."

"We stayed in the two-bedroom Cheshire room and enjoyed the hotel’s historic charm. It was a nice place overall, but a few details needed attention. Two of the TV remotes were missing batteries, and the front desk didn’t have the correct size. The kitchen also lacked many of the basics needed to cook and eat, which was disappointing. With a better-stocked kitchen and a little more attention to these details, the stay would have been even better."

"Great location if you want to visit or stay close by Niagara Falls State Park. Convenient because there is a person at front desk 24/7. They do collect a deposit but return it if no damages are found."

"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"Great for the price!!"

"Breakfast was horrible"
