"Room was very clean, one elevator was out (I needed the steps, so it's okay), staff was friendly (late at night I could hear them talking and joking in the back and I said hello several times - when they came out they were helpful), drivers for shuttle were awesome, breakfast was good and plentiful."

"The room was clean but it smelled like wet socks. I wasn’t physically challenged but stayed in the room with accommodations. One end of one of the grab bars in the shower was pulled loose."

"Our room was clean and comfortable but the faucet in our bathroom was broken and I mentioned and it was never fixed. It worked but it was just very loose! The breakfast was pretty basic and very crowded and ended too early at 9:30am."

The Cove At Salem

"From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed how well kept it looked. They had some construction going on in one area, but it did not impact anything in regard to our stay. The space was nice and clean. We stayed in a double queen room and my only "complaint" if you'd call it that was there were enough towels for our group of 4, but only 1 hand towel and 2 washcloth's. Seemed a little strange, but nothing we weren't able to navigate and ask for more. The thermostat was locked electronically, but the staff was helpful and took care of it right away. I would definitely go back again."

Rockport Inn And Suites

"Loved the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was decent for that area, and it seems to be the only hotel or B&B around Rockport with a decent cancelation policy. The included breakfast is OK. The Rockport area is beautiful to visit, though you might want to drive the slight extra distance to Glouster for more plentiful restaurants."

The Courier Hotel

"The hotel is very new and is located a short walk from everything. There is a Starbucks right downstairs, and one of the few restaurants that keep the kitchen open (Neighborhood Tavern) after 10 is across the street. The only complaints I have is the parking lot is not visible from the building and the front desk is only staffed from 9 to 6. They have a very easy-to-use phone access method for getting into the building and your room. But I can see how this would not be as easy for older, less tech-savvy guests. Pro-tip. After you click the link on your text message and it opens the web page, bookmark it or keep that tab open when you close your browser."
