Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Logan
8/10 Good
"This is a basic hotel with very few amenities, but generally clean. There is a Walmart, McDonalds, Burger King and other stores within close walking distance. It is on a very busy highway (4-lanes each way), so transportation is a must. The historic Kowloon Restaurant is right next door, for good or for bad (gets loud on a Saturday night!). We travelled to Boston for medical appointments, and wouldn't recommend it for that as it is so far from hospitals - we sadly had to pay a fair bit in Ubers getting to and from appointments. That said, the staff were cheerful and helpful."
The Cove At Salem

"Rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff was just wonderful. It is about a mile walk into the heart of town so that should be kept in mind. We knew that going in, so we were obviously ok with it. My only complaint would be that the hotel advertises the courtyard and patio but it is shared with a bar and open to those patrons. 3 different couples brought their very young children after dark one night and they were running amuck, which seemed a little inappropriate and definitely detracted from the quiet enjoyment of the patio and fire pits."

"The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and mostly friendly. The beach was quite nice and just a short walk. Parking was convenient and it was an easy drive to downtown locations."

"We have been coming here yearly for the Food Truck Festival and to visit all things Salem. We always have a wonderful stay! Clean, convenient, and helpful staff. We will continue to come for years and years!"

"The hotel was great and the bed was so comfortable! I would have loved to check in a bit early after taking a red eye flight into town but my room was ready promptly on time and they were nice enough to hold on to my luggage while I went out exploring the town during the day. The rooftop restaurant and bar was delicious and the view was so beautiful! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend checking this one out!"
