"While expensive, Fujisan Onsen Hotel Kaneyamaen is well worth the price. The staff were attentive in guiding us through the building, the breakfast buffet and dinner was delicious and most of all relaxing onsen had a spectacular view of Mount Fuji."

"This is more than a hotel, it's like being in a dream of relaxation and beauty. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room in the annex was gorgeous with every amenity we could have asked for, the tub was perfect, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. As we soaked and in the morning during breakfast, we gazed out on the mountains as the storm passed, and it was like being in a beautiful film. I can't compare this hotel to anywhere else I've ever stayed. It's is utterly unique and truly perfect."

"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."
