"The hotel was very clean. The staff was really friendly. It was kind of boring though if you’re looking to have fun like if you don’t have any kids and you and your partner are looking to have fun. It might not be the place for you. It’s more of a family oriented resort"

"This was our first time to Jamaica. We have always traveled with our thermal mugs and unfortunately we lost one at the pool. This was missing for a couple days however the staff tracked it down for us and even left a card with it in our room. The food was excellent. It was a bit of an adjustment taking the tram between the two sides but it arrives quickly and staying on the upper side gives a nice breeze at night"

"I love the room that I got. It was cleannn the bathroom as well. I felt like home. The staff were Soo kind the breakfast is excellent. I love pineapple court hotel. I stayed there for my birthday yesterday and it was a 10/10!🙏. Still can’t get over the room it was well kept!"

"A budget hotel that has nice views of the ocean. If you looking for somewhere that has a view then this is perfect. The property could be updated. I believe if they just change the tiling and apply some paint with minor art work and murals that place would be perfect. For now tho if you are on a budget then this is the place."

"The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
