"Good hotel in a convenient location at the station "

"I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."

"We had a great stay with Chisun Grand. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and the bathroom was also very clean, with fresh toels for both days. Staff also were very friendly and helpful. We are glad we stayed at Chisun Grand "

"Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. We used the laundry facilities - easy and fast. Only downside is there is no parking at the hotel. We found a lot across the street where we had to pay. "
