"Construction will eventually make the property more enjoyable, but was a bit disruptive during my stay. Many non-hotel guests present for the hotel tours during the day. Proximity to RMNP and downtown Estes Park was convenient."

"What a gem in Estes Park. This place makes you feel like you are in a mountain town. It is spacious and the rooms are nice. This hotel is situated right on the entrance to town and is easy to get to. There is a fire pit our side that you can roast marshmallows on. Our favorite thing was the water machine in the lobby. You can make all different kids of water, different flavors, different temperatures, and even sparking. We used this multiple tiles a day. The gentleman at the front desk that helped us was very funny and knowledgeable. This hotel also has a huge indoor pool with lots of rooms for kids to play around in. They have an awesome game room too. Definitely will stay here again. We even had elk in the parking lot to look at :)"

"The cabin where we stayed was excellent, however, the fees and cleaning charges inflated the cost. The location was perfect, the host throught of everything a traveler might need. We were delighted by the deer and elk that leisurely traversed the property. And of course, the rushing sound of the river a few feet from our deck was one of the stipulations we had for initially selecting the property."
