"Not fancy but updated and clean. We liked being able to walk to downtown Estes Park for morning coffee and dinners. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Convenient parking included. One negative was that the restaurant and bar was closed the 3 days of the week that we were there."

"We stayed here to hike RMNP and the location was great! Location: We could walk to the river walk with local shops and restaurants and it was also only 10-15 min away to RMNP. Onsite parking was great too because downtown parking can be tougher to find. Place: It was excellent, cute, well maintained. It was great having a small kitchen as well. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the outdoor seating areas. Quiet at night and even without AC it was cool and comfortable at night (in August). Amenities & service: we enjoyed the nightly fires and s’mores and the beautifully maintained grounds. The elk enjoyed it too and made a special appearance onsite one night! We also loved seeing hummingbirds every day. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended local spots and hikes! Would definitely recommend!"

"Overall a great place. Very clean, beds were comfortable and all was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay with two children ages 10 and 12. We did not take advantage of the spa but as advertised, you would not have even known it was there as it does not interfere in any way with your stay. The road is a little noisy during busy times but the river view makes up for it and the outdoor hammock and chairs are very nice. The location being close to downtown and other shops is great and quick access to the RMNP entrance."
