"Hotel does not match online images at all. Rooms were filthy around the beds and baseboards in both room and bath. Beds were not comfortable and you could hear everything. The staff however was friendly enough. "

You call the hotel and request pick up from the train station. One night we called multiple times for shuttle service and ended up paying for Lyft because no one would answer the desk and yes, there was someone there when we returned."
