"Staff was friendly and the pool was busy and looked nice, if you’re on the third floor it’s a lot of outside steps nice place overall. 👍"

"We were a little shocked that this place was considered a luxury hotel, it is more like a 3 star hotel. It was very dated, the entrance was in need of repairs, definitely needs some maintenance inside and outside. It may have been a luxury hotel when it first opened. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very dated, definitely needed repairs. The pillows were so small! The breakfast was good, bagels, toast,pastries, eggs , juices and the coffee was fresh. It was a bit far from the casino, it would be nice if the casino still offered shuttles."

"Thank you very much. Great staff, friendly and nice, we told them we are celebrating our anniversary and they surprised is with a treat delivered to our room. We enjoyed our stay and we will for sure repeat it again."

"General speaking the experience was great, staff are so helpful and friendly, dining experience was great as well. The only thing i want to mention is the beds were not as clean as it should be, found some hair on the pillows and on bed sheets, which was not so pleasent."
