"The best thing about this hotel is the view and the location, which of course you pay for. It was worth it to stay there just for the Tower Bridge view and the location."

"We stayed on the Garden side of the hotel. It was a very nice room. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was very quiet from street noise and the view from the 4th floor was nice, overlooking the river and The Eye. There was a lot of happy but noisy young people in the early nighttime hours in the Garden, but that didn't bother us. The only major issue we had was a lack of hot water on the weekend. It might be warm for a minute and then went cold. We didn't have any problems on the week days."

"Communal areas are very nice but the rooms are not 4star , the remind me of student accommodation."

"Location is so good and 4 min to subway. Breakfast is very good. Close to all the good tourist site. Can walk to every where. Definitely will stay here for next trip to London"
