"The room smelt like stale vomit. There was rubbish and pennies on the floor in the bathroom. There was a crack spoon with stale crack (drugs) on it in the microwave. The microwave was filthy. There was a full can of white claw tucked behind the curtain on the windowsill, the floor was sticky and dirty there was a burn mark on the one of the pillows and all over the curtains. "

"When I arrived I was told that they did not have hot water. Then I found the bathtub to be dirty and there were spots of mold. I took a picture, showed it to the front desk and was told that it would be reported to housekeeping. No one cleaned it. I asked for ice and was sent to the one machine accessible to me and it did not work. My first breakfast was a cold biscuit and luke warm gravy. My second breakfast was a little better."

"The smell of Fabuloso was overwhelming! Room 201 where we stayed had a bullet hole in the window!! The towel rack fell off if the wall when we removed a towel. The room floor was sticky with soap buildup! We called “0” fir the front desk 5 times and never got an answer. We told the front desk about it only to be told it hadn’t worked sine the first day she started!! When we went to breakfast, the upholstered chairs we absolutely filthy. We changed them out for a leather chair. Old broken furniture was stacked out by the swimming pool. Overall, total disappointment and did not feel very safe. Will not recommend or stay there again. Would ask for a refund if that was possible. Selena, the front desk person should be manager. Super friendly and very accommodating."
