"The staff was helpfull, the location was near a city center and the port. We used a parking service provided by the hotel. The indoor pool and sauna was good to use on a rainy afternoon. The only negative experience we had with housekeeping as they did provide clean towels or toiletries when used and we had to chase them from the reception."

"We had an incredible stay at Vila Gale S. Miguel. The staff were so incredibly attentive and helpful. Carla at the front desk was exceptional alongside the property manager Gonçalo. I highly recommend a stay here and I’d go back in a heart beat. The amenities were also top-tier."

"The staff were very helpful with an urgent matter and generally make everything easy. It's a very nice hotel. The location is a bit isolated but very peaceful and conveniently located between many attractions on both ends of the island. Definitely rent a car if you're comfortable and you'll be within 15-20 minutes of P Delgado, 30-40 minutes from other attractions."
