"Fantastic and very comfy stay"

"Check in was easy and they had given us an upgrade which was a bonus. Room very comfortable and clean. Tea, coffee machine and proper milk. A very special treat were some sweet treats. Had an evening meal and both chose burgers which we enjoyed. Small menu but was ok. Excellent sleep in a huge bed, room very dark so slept in. Breakfast had a good choice that was cooked to order. Can recommend the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast. All the staff were friendly and worked hard. Thank you"

"Beautiful old hotel but in need for renovation. Positives: 1) Location is nice in Ventnor. 2) Small nice swimming pool outdoor. 3) Staff at the breakfast. 4) Free parking and free EV charging point. Negative: 1) Need renovation "

"A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer...

"Check-in was chaotic. Not very organized. You check in at the end of the bar. Room was adequate for the one night stay before cruise. It was clean. Maybe recommend places to eat in the area for us weary travelers instead of “there are plenty of places that way” pointing. I would stay here again. I did not feel unsafe. Just rushed to leave the front area. Hopefully, this will be rectified after the updates/construction. "

He goes above and beyond to look after my 12 year old son’s needs, who had autism. "We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...
