"Great property close to Hearst Castle. Gorgeous views of the ocean. We had the room closest to the ocean and it was AMAZING to sit out on the lanai and listen to the ocean. Wood burning fire (that included wood) was a fabulous!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Great tips. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe. Hotel was very clean. I loved my ocean view. It was exactly what I expected and I would stay there again. I wish that smoking was not allowed so close to the hotel. I wanted to open my window and feel the ocean breeze but didn’t enjoy the waft of cigarette smoke from downstairs. And this was even at 7:45am"
The Morgan San Simeon - Cambria by Hearst Castle

"Great staff. Nice room. Great location. Nice comfortable lobby that is actually nice to relax in. The hotel is a little dated but in a nice way. It has a comfortable "throwback" feel. The front desk person say me looking through restaurant menus and unprompted am offers to help and made a great suggestion. I had a better experience here than at hotels that were far more expensive."

"The room was very modern and clean. Staff were all friendly and very informative and parking was convenient. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and the village. Short drive to Hearst Castle, Morro Rock, Elephant Seal sighting and it goes on. Only issue is no massage available during our stay you have to book it when you book your reservation. There’s only one hot tub witch when everyone want to go at the same time at night, makes it very uncomfortable to share with 2 other couples. But steam room was great and it’s quiet. Also grab and go breakfast is coffee, dry cereal with no milk available and oats. Other than that we enjoyed the place very much and the staff."
Cambria Beach Lodge

"Amazing location and cutest little hotel. Cant wait to stay here again. Super clean and updated. Quiet and peaceful. Only complaint is that the pillows on our bed were horrendous - in retrospect I should have called the front desk and asked for different ones. But other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Free bikes to rent. Continental breakfast included."
