"Front staff was outstanding with everything and kind. She made sure both of our homes were side by side. Everything was well explained in great detail. Rooms were very clean. Second day room could have been cold have been a little more presentable with bed being made instead of blanket pulled up not made correctly. Everything else was was very great and yes I would visit here again and recommend others to stay."

"The check in process was not great...said office was open until 8pm but was closed...called the number on door and was told to check email..on the way to the destination a code was sent to me for entry..tried to check back in the morning as office hours said open but was not....the property itself was amazing! Brand new. Clean..spacious ..top notch furniture and all finishes were excellent...and all the details from Mike Z Rentals were extremely accommodating! Only drawback is if you like to sleep in, this particular units drapes definitely were not black out! Im up before the sun so was not an issue for me. Overall excellent except for a few communication issues..the property and adjoining Sam Snead restaurant were both exceptional! Can't wait to return."

"This place was amazing!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! It was beyond perfect.The hosts were great. Their communication was top tier. We had an early flight. They let us check-in as soon as we landed. That whole process was super easy. Beyond the great hosts, the property was flawless in every way. To start it was absolutely immaculate.. It was well stocked with everything you need, plus all things you don’t know you need, and then some! The entire place is intentionally organized and not cluttered. The overall decor and cozy furniture makes you feel at home. The air was cold! The beds & pillows were super comfortable. And the fountain outside the main bedroom patio doubles as a sleep machine, which was a bonus to us!This is a property all hosts should aspire to emulate. If you choose to stay here, and you’re lucky enough to be a guest you will love it!!"

"Hotel seemed smaller that normal Holiday Inn's (I.e. the lobby size, room size, breakfast area). Staff were polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay so that's probably why it didn't seem as clean."

"The host was fantastic sent us emails f there was anything we need. The was so accommodating everything was nearby like the host mentioned .In would definitely recommend this place. One last thing the quiet ness in the neighborhood was awesome"

"The host was truly responsive and wonderful when we needed help with something . The only thing that bothered us and the children were the roaches , crawling in the kitchen and all over the cookware. The mosquitos and fleas outside that we could not go back in the pool.The host did immediately get an exterminator thank goodness ! Other than that the house is beautiful comfortable and nestled perfectly in a nice quiet neighborhood ."

"The house was very clean, it was comfortable, there were many appleances, the communication with the host was perfect, the area is very quiet, the beach was close to the house, only 10 minutes, the traffic was good and the community pool was really nice."

"This house was perfect for us this weekend! The host was very accommodating, I arrived in Naples early and was fortunate to be able to snag an early check in! The house was clean and comfortable. No complaints! Loved that the house was on a dead end, it was very quiet."
