"The housekeeping staff was extremely slow in responding to requests. Took a few hours to get some towels that were not there at check in. Took about 3 hours to get a plunger for our toilet that got clogged even after asking an employee that was passing by and two trips to the front desk. "We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. I would put little faith in that review. The pool was sparkling blue and inviting. Short walk...
