"On a average is a good hotel with its own personality, which is always appreciated. Our particular inconveniences were that they gave us the disabled room and, due to the layout, the bathroom was always getting water all over the floor from the shower every time we used; which led us to use the towels to create a barricade around it to avoid flooding. The bathroom was also smelly, which I saw is a general complain of all the rooms. Also we didn’t have the option to choose room service for housekeeping. Additionally I will mention that the hotel offers a buffet lunch for 20£ per person, 18£ if you pay in advance over the counter. I am aware this are standard prices on today’s economy in London, but that shouldn’t stop anyone to point out the excessive prices that we are forced to accept as normal. The staff was very kind all along."

"The stay was wonderful and pool is amazing! Rooms aren’t as small as people make out to be and we got a classic studio!!! The POOL was unreal! I think only thing is for ur stay bring a mini fan haha as its very hot in the rooms at time but the window being opened helped too! Overall was very good just very hot :)))"

"Fantastic stay here with my partner for his birthday. We received a free upgrade due to it being his birthday and had access to the VIP area which was a lovely surprise. Great spa facilities (pool, sauna and steam room). Lovely breakfast with a great selection! Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. "

"I have stayed in this hotel three times now. The first stay was beyond excellent, the second not so much. But this third time was pretty good once I'd managed to check in (they weren't having an early check-in, beyond giving me an accessible room which I didn't need or something in the basement), but I was pretty happy with where they finally put me as it was very quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the free drink. If I run London next year then I will probably want to return for a fourth time."
