Hotel is warm and clean, quiet and convenient (close to central stations),staffs are warm and helpful,.. A stay filled with warm memories for us! Definitely will choose this hotel again if coming back to Luzern city!"

Just one thing to keep in mind, the staff is available only from 8am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm. So if you are planning to come from 11am to 4pm, then you gotta wait. No other option. Highly recommended!! "
