"The staff checking out were completely dishonest. I was supposed to receive a receipt via email upon check out and I door receive it! I called other and asked if it could b sent to my email like I was told it would earlier and the lady blatantly lies and pretended to type by email in and said that she sent and I still have yet to receive it! "

"The hotels location near all the party restaurants/bars makes it SO LOUD. If you have a young child or value your sleep, choose another hotel as the hotel gives you ear plugs (no joke because it’s so loud) and you will wake up when the bars close at 2am as it’s beyond loud. Beautiful hotel and staff, just wish it was in a different location. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel shuttle was convenient, since the surrounding area was limited in restaurants, shops. A quick 5-10 min shuttle ride took us where we needed to go. Stayed here for 2 nights and will come back the next time I'm in Dallas!"

"Overall, pretty good bang for your buck here. Pros: Central location for easy Uber rides, fast response from property management (although I did message the first day that the coffee pot didn’t work and we never got a replacement), lots of condiments and well-stocked kitchen. Relatively large walk-in closet and good shower. Cons: Description is misleading. It is a cozy house, but it’s behind a huge house so it’s hard to find. It isn’t a one bedroom, it’s a big kitchen and a combined living-bedroom. The daybed has a trundle, so it sleeps plenty, but everything is in the same room. Only one mirror in the house (bathroom) so it makes it difficult for 3-4 people to get ready to go. And if there’s an iron, we couldn’t find it. The beds are comfy, but there aren’t enough pillows for 4 people. There is a little carport behind the big house, but we weren’t told whether we could use it so we didn’t. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Enough bedrooms and washrooms for our family. Clean and well maintained on the inside. Close to places we visited while in Dallas. Would recommend."
