"This was my second stay here. It is a low priced option in a safe, central location in Los Angeles. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was loud, but worked great during the hottest week of the year in the city, with temperatures outside in the 100s. Room was clean with the exception of some towels that still had stains on them. Also, the fan vent in the bathroom should be replaced. The metal grate is corroding and there is a lot of dust stuck in the crevices inside. I grew up in the neighborhood and I will continue to stay here whenever I return for a visit of my hometown."

"The room was small but the staff was large welcoming and apologetic when the elevator stopped working briefly -- but I must champion the outside staff who helped us when our car wouldn't start and took extra time and effort to assist during the busy morning check out period. They did not brush us aside nor even accept a tip during our unexpected extended stay in their valet area. Thank you, so very much!"

"The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the property. They have a restaurant on the site. No extra charge for parking in a security lot. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast is $26 a person, no free options. Starbucks coffee on site."

"While this is an older building and the room has not been updated in decor (everything was outdated, mirror glass peeling, duct tape on the floorboard, dark paneling), the room was clean and everything worked. The elevator was very slow, I used the stairs after the first time. If you are looking for an okay place in a great location near Beverly Hills, this should meet you needs."

"My wife and I stayed the night for an event in DTLA. Everything went perfect, my only concern is that the parking staff and hotel staff are two separate companies and YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE you inform the check-in staff that youve already paid the $45 a night parking fee OR ELSE you'll get charged for it on your bill. THEY need to fix that. I'm lucky to have caught that OR the fee would've been added and was already on my bill. Once I informed them, they removed it - very sketchy. Don't do that!"
