"Connected to airport terminal 3, a nice easy walk. At the end of the trip we was looking for a restaurant with a good old hamburger, no luck. Check in and our was all by kiosk, but staff was there to help if needed."

"Wonderful hotel surrounded by nature in the middle of Tokyo. Highly recommend the lounge access as the breakfast and other offerings were outstanding (the views from the lounge are amazing!). Also enjoyed access to the gym and onsen."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was impossible to take a shower without water exiting the tub and onto the floor. It created a dangerous and slippery floor. We plan to return next year and will consider staying at the hotel again."
