"It was the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had. I paid premium prices, and the rooms were ugly. The service was terrible. There was nothing premium about it. The only thing here are swingers who really enjoy themselves and give the resort high ratings. It’s even below zero for me because I don’t care about the other stuff happening. If the resort had been nice, had good service, had good food, and had a lot of activities, it might have been okay. But it wasn’t. "

"All the staff were amazing! Isrreal at the coffee shop was super friendly and always smiling. Our ocean front suite was amazing! My only complaints would be the room did not have bathtub, room service is included but they want 10 dollar delivery fee, and no changing tables in kid pool bathroom. Very family friendly resort. If you want to taste any alcohol you have to ask for a double which we did not figure out until our last day. If you are looking for a 5 star resort I would say this is more of a 4 star due to needing some repairs here and there. The food was decent for an all inclusive and the price was fair. "

"Food is not great compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Late night menu is terrible. No room service. Property seems very old. Elevators stopped working the day we were checking out and had to carry a large suitcase down 6 flights of stairs."

"We just got back and are ready to go back! We highly recommend this hotel. We traveled as a family of 5-three kids under the age of 10. I did so much research before actually booking because of it being smaller and fairly new. This is a beautiful, super clean aesthetic hotel! The pool pictures make it seem like the pool is small but there’s actually plenty of room for everyone. Food options were great but dinner was the best. Our favorite restaurant was Cape Nao and our waiter Fernando was so polite and friendly. That is true about every single employee to be honest-my husband and I discussed how everyone-no matter their role at the hotel was friendly! They will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Plenty of activities but no kids club so you do have to stay with your kids. Also every local that we spoke to mentioned how the hotel is situated on one of the best beaches. It really was the best. No as blue as Isla mujeres but just as calm and clean. Make sure you spend your morning at the hotel not the afternoon. In the afternoon there’s more sargasm but in the morning it’s sooooo beautiful for hours and hours. The water park is another perk! You can get drinks delivered to your chair, order food in that area and it’s completely safe and clean! I could go on and on about this hotel. It’s a must book! "
