"Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction. Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre. "My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
