"Great hotel fornour needs. The staff were all great. Friendly and very helpful. We have a dog and he was made very welcome. The parking is superb as you can park rightnoutside of your room. It would be superb for motorcyclist yo be able to secure the machine outside of their room for piece of mind. It is in a quiet area and all the guests were pleasant so you can have a relaxing evening. We were visiting Beamish museum and it is a very short drive from the hotel. The food is great and not...

"We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again. Room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels, tea, coffee supplied in the room. Breakfast included in the morning was beautiful and had plenty to choose from. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wasn't too noisy as situated just off the main square so got a good nights sleep. Close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants."
