"I really did not have much interaction with the staff. It is a resort with none stop business, so I understand there no being any personal touches. But my overall experience was very pleasant."

"Everything was great. The parking lot could be better but other than that, it was clean, amazing staff and walking distance to a lot of places!!!"

"Breakfast was good, and I loved having the gym and pool. I had a room with a king sized bed only wished the room was a bit bigger or spacious. But otherwise it was a great room for a great trip"

"We enjoyed our room and stay. Was nice to have a living room area where we could hang out and not always on the beds. Lots of conveniences staying here."

"The hotel is older but has been kept up. Recommend getting the oceanview rooms, the city view was noisy from outside traffic and people. Do not recommend eating from the Grille, it's not good food. Overall, I would recommend the hotel but just have realistic expectations."
