"Nadim was awesome. He truly made our first stay in Switzerland memorable. We liked the accommodations so much we decided to stay an additional day. He added it at the same rate and included breakfast. He even brought a fan up to our room while we were out, since there’s no AC and it was hot (for Americans). Definitely will stay here on our next visit "

"Great room. Two big windows and plenty of space to open our suitcases. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Very helpful staff. They arranged dinner reservations, gave us tea while we waited for the room to be ready, had apples for guests to take, and made us feel so welcome. Location is excellent! So easy to get around. Steps away from underground shopping, trains, boats, and beautiful scenery!"
