Great location in Central London. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Cabs out front all day so easy to get around town.

The room was very clean new and nice , breakfast every morning was the same not very interesting,

Clean room, nice place. We had the studio plus room, it was very spacious and nice. It did not quite feel like a hotel: the lobby was full of people using the WiFi with their devices at all times (they were clearly not hotel guests). As well as the restaurant/roof top, most guests were Englishmen who used it as a place to go for a drink. The hotel did not have a regular lobby with a front desk. It felt like hipster hotel, best suited for young people without kids. The maids mistook some of our clothes for rubbish because we put it in a shopping bag, and threw it away. We were refunded 50£. We were travelling with kids, so the biggest downside of the hotel was the location. It was a 15 min walk away from Liverpool station, and we spent a lot of time travelling the 5 days we were there because it was far away from where the fun stuff for the kids were.

Hotel in guter Lage, saubere und neue Zimmer, gemütliche Betten, direkt angebundener Pub und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit Cappuccino (sogar mit Hafermilch). Leider keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett und nur ein Handtuch pro Person.
