In a bit of a weird location down some side streets past a number of love-hotels, and right next to the rail line though. I used earplugs to block the sound of the trains and was fine in that regard. Reasonably close to Ueno park by foot. Was fine for a short stay. "

"5 minute walk from akibahara. 12 minute walk from Okadamachi station. Toilet and shower might be a little small if you’re a bigger person. I am 300 pounds and they were a little uncomfortable, but not unusable. Air conditioning controls are nice. Room service always turned it on so the room felt amazing coming in from the summer heat.
