"Suites Santo Domingo was a perfect stay! It was my first time visiting San Miguel de Allende and the location of this hotel was perfect. It is not directly located in the center, but it is a short 10 minute walk. It is located next to a school which was pleasant. The building is gorgeous and vibrant; it has an authentic feel to it. Staff was wonderful and helpful and the attention to cleanliness is greatly appreciated. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely stay here again. "

"Can’t really classify as a hotel. It’s more a B&B. no one there except the cleaning lady the day I arrived. She didn’t know I was arriving and after a phone call she gave me a key to a room and that was it. Didn’t see or hear from anyone until the night before leaving asking for payment. Room is fine. Location really good. Just very little to nothing in terms of service."
