"Accommodation was not clean. Hairs on floor and bathroom. Crumbs on counter top. Stains on couch. the carbon monoxide alarm went off during the night and there was no support either on site or by telephone. Had to open all windows and stay awake all night watching everyone. Very poor customer service from hotels.com. Had to leave accommodation and book a hotel for other nights. Refund request was refused."

"Friendly staff, easy check in. Rooms are generally clean although we did find toenail clippings and discarded, used, contact lenses. Our twin with ensuite was basic but exactly what we needed for the few hours we spent overnight before catching early train. Beds comfy and great location. Would probably stay again."
