"Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had quite a small room , not much room to get though from one side to the other, but it was more than adequate for a nights stay. Very clean, good facilities, lovely bathroom. Comfy bed. Breakfast was great- lovely choice and very tasty cooked breakfast. Location was brilliant, right next to Warren Street station and a 20 minute walk from Oxford Street. Would definitely stay here again . "

"I have stayed here a lot, as it is a good location for my London office, however, the is the first time I have stayed in the basement! A window but no view and very noisy in the morning. TV worked but had no access to any TV channels very disappointing"
