"I had such an amazing experience at this property in Nosara. Coltin was an excellent host and he answered all of our detailed questions from beginning to end. He was extremely responsive and on top of every little detail. The property was very clean and everything was just like the photos. Jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach and one day, we walked to the beach for an adventure. I would recommend this 10 out of 10"

"Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

"Property was awesome, water systems and septic systems need upgrading. Bearly any pressure and little or no hot water for the showers. We have stayed many times in Costa Rica and the issues that I have mentioned seem to apply to most properties. We go for the Pura Vida and we were not disapointed. "

Coltin is a fabulous host who is very responsive and knowledgeable about the local area but also keeps your privacy. The house is stunning and has the best views for sunset and relaxing and it's super convenient for going anywhere in town when you actually can leave the property though it's hard to do! I can't say enough about this place and don't have anything negative to say, which is rare for me...
