I asked for a room on the first floor when booking, and they were able to accommodate me. Just 1 flight of stairs up to lobby. Since we were right off reception, the room did get loud, but we could sleep though it. Very convenient location "

The property was very clean, everyone was very respectful of people sleeping off jetlag, and the bathrooms and showers are easily accessible to people on your floor.
