"The food and service at the pool were perfectly fine, and the location was very convenient. However, housekeeping fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a bobby pin on the floor and confetti scattered throughout the room—clearly leftover from a previous guest. The shower was also missing shower gel. The following day, housekeeping did not replenish basic amenities like Q-tips. Additionally, the minibar appeared incomplete and disorganized, as if items had been overlooked during...

"Staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but we are glad we were in the front building. Back building seemed sketchy. Area felt unsafe walking back at night Dark. Amazing restaurant next door for breakfast!"

"This was my first time staying at a Hilton Grand Vacations Flamingo property. I was pleasantly surprised at what all was included. Staying here, we had access to all of the Flamingo pools, Casino, shops, etc... Many other casino properties were within walking distance to the Flamingo. I would definitely stay with Hilton Grand Vacations properties again."
