"This is in an older quaint building. Our room was small but sufficient. The elevator is also very small, but they had one and it worked. The room also had A.C that cooled our room well. The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, accommodting, and welcoming. If we were to return to that area of Rome we definately would stay at Hotel Prati. They let us store our luggage there while we ran around Rome all day. Oh, and they had free breakfast too, but I can't rate...

"Our stay in the Florida rooms was great with the exception that one of our items was broken to point of being unusable during a room cleaning. According to communications with the hotel staff, the cleaning crew and the hotel agreed to pay for the broken item. However, since leaving Rome, almost a month ago, communication with the Hotel has been non-existent. Unfortunately, the cost associate with the broken object is significant. "This is the third Guest House we've stayed in and it's always the same problem, no one is available upon our arrival and it always seems to be a big problem getting things organised. Also, we found it the word breakfast included it means "there's stuff in the kitchen help yourself"and not much of it"
