"Toni is an excellent staff. She's soft spoken, courteous and welcoming. She told us all the information we need. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice views. They even setup a special birthday table for my husband with a postcard and small bottle of wine. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Bristol. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adorable and had a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. Everything is within walking distance but you can easily get a cab or bus. The morning we left, the hotel had a complimentary cab for us! We would stay here again without hesitation. "

"This is a nice hotel up on a hill overlooking Zermatt and the Matterhorn. They offer a pick up service from the train station and an elevator to get you down to river level from their high elevation when you want to walk to town. Convenient to downtown attractions. Good breakfast options and nice staff. Not much in the way of food during the day (Early June 2024). Perhaps it has more options when tourist season is high."
