"I usually do not right reviews, however this hotel was exceptional for service and checking us in at 2:00 a.m. George was at the desk in the morning and I missed the lads name at check in. They were both exceptional. We booked for one night due to late flight in Heraklion. They were both extremely friendly and helpful after busy day of traveling. Rooms were spotless. "Excellent , value-for-money hotel in the centre of Heraklion close to restaurants and food stalls .10-15 -minute walk from the waterfront .The bus to the airport passes on the other side of the road .As the hotel is on a main road it can be a little noisy but no problem with wax earplugs .The breakfasts -included in the price- were fine, and the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful .I'd happily stay there again ."

"Good location and friendly service. So good we booked another 3 nights on our return trip to Iraklion. The only deficiency, as every other central hotel in Iraklion is parking. I booked my hire car to when we departed Iraklion and will return it the day we arrive back, that way we don;t have to finding parking. You can do without a car in Iraklion, buses and taxis are ideal."

"While quite run down as others have mentioned, it was still a good value for the $. While they do have AC there is a governor on it and it does not go lower than 25. In the hot summer days this is not that cool. The pool was great, though the slide does not have water running down it so it's not functional. The property is nice in the sense that it’s away from Heraklion which is very busy, but still close enough to walk to the city (took my wife and I 40 mins while stopping at places along the way).
