"Upon arrival we were pleased with the amount of parking. There is a FEE to park at this hotel. The description under amenities just says - "Parking available" Was not happy the main elevators (2) one was out. When speaking with another quest, they had sad it was out the entire time for their stay, which was going on 2 weeks! "

"Very different style hotel. Basically no nonsense and simple check in. The rooms are nice and fun. I had a room with a great view of the city skyline and they are big. Rooftop bar is really nice. Absolutely perfect location for my first time in London. "

"Hotel is undergoing a major update that greatly improves the rooms. During the upgrade, construction noise can be heard from 9 am until 5 pm. Elevators do not appear to be adequate for the number of rooms in the building. Internet service was very poor, dropping signal regularly, and not available to us for more than half of the time."

"Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Location was near tube stops as well as bus. Good eats around bend and hotel has restaurant but we did not use. Overall good 4 night stay however room is very small with just minimal space more adequate for a single person versus couple. "

"After reading reviews I wasn't sure I wanted to book as it seemed like a very mixed bag, safe to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything about my stay at Euston Square Hotel was fantastic. The room itself was very clean and well presented. The staff went above and beyond with any questions I had or amenities I needed.
