"Check in was good. Public areas a bit tatty and in need of updating. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds fairly comfortable and clean. Room was quiet. Bathroom was not well cleaned- floor was grubby and dirty marks on wall and bin. Cleaner hadn’t restocked coffee/ tea containers either. Shower gel bottle broken as well. :("

"I arrived from CA after a long journey and was checked in immediately 3 hours ahead of normal time"

"I only stayed there for one night but there were two negatives I had. One was the £15 charge for parking which I don't remember seeing on the hotel info. Maybe there was and I missed it but it's something to keep in mind. I parked on the street instead but you never know how safe it is there. The other thing was the kettle in the room. The limescale filter on the kettle was brown and horrible so clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while. Everything else about the stay was good."

"Clean room with ensuite. Bed very comfortable, with only one pillow was included per person. USB socket for charging by bed, along with a double plug. Only downside was that the mirror was in the bathroom and the plug for the hair dryer the other side of the bed."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"We were at the hotel only for one night so we didn't see much of it. There's a very convenient parking area. The rooms are a decent size and quite comfortable with free water and a coffee machine and pods, a boiler and tea. The bathroom, especially the toilet were rather dirty (we were in room 1). "
