The half board dinner and breakfast were excellent meals and they accommodated our vegetarian diet (with advanced notice). "Loved the central location to Matsumoto train and bus station. The hotel was walking distance to the castle, frog walkway, Media Garden and restaurants. The room was comfortable and loved the self-service amenities offered (toiletry options, coffee, tea). Would definitely stay again!"
