"We arrived just after 10pm, when the garage closed only moments before. The staff was still present and re-opened it for us. We used the covered gated parking area. The hotel is centrally located for Mazatenango proper. How water, fresh towels, soaps, and a complementary bottle of water were waiting for us. The area is safe and secure. There is a nice wall unit a/c which cranked out some super cold air. Next time I am in the area, I plan to stay at this hotel!"

"Our stay at Eden was the most enjoyable we’ve had in all of Guatemala. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved stepping outside of my little cabin and smelling fresh herbs like basil, lavender, and oregano. Our cabin was adorable and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable, safe, and like we were apart of the community. "What a magical place, a little cabin nestled on the hillside overlooking beautiful Lake Atitlan. From my bed I could see Volcano Fuego erupting far away. Be forewarned, it really is up a LOT of stairs, and the water is solar heated so on a cloudy day it’s a bit chilly. Staff incredible. Good delicious. Magic."
