"Beautiful property with magical views of the lake by day and night. The staff were so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed the location by the lake and a short stroll for food, bike rental and Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in a Japanese style room and found it very comfortable and plenty of space. Hot tip - don’t miss going to the onsen, the view of Mt Fuji is spectacular!"

"We had an incredible time here. The private onsen room with a Fuji view was such a treat and something we'll remember forever. The staff were wonderful and helpful and spoke English well. We went with the breakfast options and those were yummy and convenient. The picturesque location can't be beat. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we liked the retro vibe. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Mt. Fuji"
