Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

I don't remember the name of the employee who was at the counter at the time of my check out on October 1, 2023. We were a group of 6 people who needed a large taxi to transport us to the airport and the employee very kindly called us a taxi. Unfortunately when I got out of the taxi I lost my credit card inside the taxi. Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.

Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. We found this lovely small hotel in Venezia Mestre—about a twenty minute bus ride from Venice. It overlooks a charming town square with lost of evening activity. Venice was so crowded we were actually happy to get back to Mestre in the evening and dine with the locals in really nice restaurants. The staff at the hotel were great—the told us how to get around, even suggested a side trip to Padova, fifteen minutes by train. that was wonderful, an old city with old university and a medieval area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided information to help us out with the area and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean.

This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...

The hotel is very close to the Mestre train station, and a stone's throw away from the No. 2 bus which takes you straight to Venice. Seeing many hapless tourists drag their luggage all over the narrow streets and waterbuses in Venice, my advice is to stay in Mestre (pref. near the train station like this hotel) and "commute" to Venice. The hotel is a walking distance from the water bus that can take you to Venice. (Ask about day passes) They have a very good rich English Breakfast. They were also helpful with directions. I wish there was a water kettle in the room.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is.
