"The room was clean. Bathroom was okay. We asked for more towels and they responded promptly to our request. The breakfast was great. However, a bald employee was watching my boyfriend grab a second chocolate muffin and was told we will get charged for the second muffin. Joke or not, it was offensive. "The property is in a lovely location with views of both the ocean and the mountains. The staff was friendly and attentive. The complimentary shuttle was really convenient and we used it frequently in order to avoid having to find parking. The onsight restaurant is amazing and the coffee shop perfect for our needs. We loved the beauty and peace of the property. The newly renovated pool was also a nice place to spend time. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of order the entire week we were there."
