"Overall it is great place to stay. Rooms, beds are clean and comfortable. It does require updates to furniture and fixtures. It is 4.5 stars because of this. I would stay again though"

"This is my first online review, so I am a bit sad it has to go this way. I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff did not speak English. I was told to wait till 11:00 AM to get an English speaking rep. I proceeded to go to my room, mind you there are 4 of us (hubby and 2 kids) and the elevator rattled so badly, I thought we were going to get stuck and never see the light of...
