Despite summer being rainy season, the property is still great because many of the areas are covered, creating a beautiful green and relaxing environment when it rains in the evenings. "Our stay in Girasol was very pleasing. The property is in a prime beach-front location, has a decent sized pool and you cannot beat the pet-friendly portion of it! The rooms are a bit outdated, ours had a funky smell and didn’t even had a TV in the bedroom. The whole getting in and out of the parking lot could be improved, it’s not a very effective method to have to go get the guard every time you want to get in or out of the property by car, however, I would definitely stay here again!"

"This was well rated and looked good online. however, there was a nasty smell of mould once we entered the condo. I checked the pillows and there was tons of black mould, I continued to check the condo and the curtains also had black mould. We immediately left the property and asked for a refund. "

The bartenders, restaurant staff, casino staff, bellman, etc. were very friendly and had great customer service skills. This hotel caters to families and not to a group of friends looking to enjoy a vacation. If you are not going with your family, do not stay here!"
