"Location location location in 12 South is fantastic. Some niceties included music in the courtyard, ice cream and drinks in evening, scones/muffins in morning + coffee. Room was fine (small but ok with comfortable bed) and having a single, slow elevator (w/o nearby stairwell) was not convenient. Water pressure in shower was weak, and the WiFi was unacceptably terrible on both personal devices and streaming TV in room."
