"Great location. Had an issue in the middle of the night with a circuit breaker tripping and killing power to our room. Had to make 2 trips to the front desk to get maintenence to fix it at 1:30am, phone in room was not working. Very clean, nice hotel. Bar was not great, very obnoxious waitress. Going back to London next year, probably will not stay there. "

"The service and accommodations at this hotel were truly excellent. It is one of the best experiences I have had abroad (I am from the U.S.). I had several extraordinary requests, including making copies and checking in early (I was traveling with two young and very tired grandchildren) and all were addressed helpfully and cheerfully. The concierge was very helpful with our luggage and arranging ground transportation. The breakfast was outstanding and the room was spotless and comfortable. A wonderful experience in every way. "

"The walkability is what made this place standout. We flew in from Gatwick, took the Express to Victoria Station, and then walked a couple of minutes to our hotel. We were able to walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. And we were also able to walk to a bunch of affordable and not so affordable restaurants. Then to come back to a confortable room? The best stay! Highly recommend, especially as a tourist. "
